Lately

Now that our paperwork has reached the hands of our adoption facilitator in Haiti, I feel that my time on the computer can be spent doing other things besides adoption paperwork and keeping up with adoption emails. Therefore, my attempt to update this blog for friends and for family is becoming a priority again.

Rowen turned "TWO" on September 21st. We spent his actual BIRTHday running all over Atalanta (here) getting the last bit of our paperwork completed. We returned back home on Saturday and celebrated his precious life with a mini birthday party.

.

Since Rowen is obviously not here to communicate the type of party he would have desired, we went with legos. His Mega Lego blocks are always hit every time we go down...

At the end of September, we look a family (minus Rowen) trip to the beach....

Like mentioned in the previous post (here)...Pax is now 3 MONTHS!

He is now rolling over...

Sitting proudly in a Bumbo...

Laughing and talking like CRAZY...

Attended his first Red Raider Homecoming Parade...he loves hanging with the big kids...

Spending time with great grand parents...

Celebrated the announcement of the sex of our new nephew and cousin...

Rowen and Pax will have another BOY cousin to play with....

Its been about a month, but we removed the bassinet from our bedroom :(.

Gone. :(

Since Pax started sleeping through the night at 4 weeks, at two months, we went ahead and put him in his crib. Early than most, I know. But he is doing great! He LOVES his crib, and since all is well...we believe the earlier, the smoother the transition.

Payt is actually in Haiti with Rowen at the moment (another post on that later), so the boys were able to meet each other for the very first time....

Sweetest moment!!

We continue to thank you for your prayers over our family. They are definitely being heard and answered. They are carrying us in more ways than we can share. But know that each of you are playing a very vital part in this story, and we could not do it without you. God continues to blow us away with His faithfulness, purpose, and guidance in Rowen's journey. Update soon!
